Hope proved to be interested but not pushy in my wife's and my interest to purchase a new home. We were considering both Florida coasts as new sites for our home and business. When we decided to focus on the Atlantic coast first, our Tamps-based agent referred us to Hope, saying her record and style would be the perfect fit for us. House shopping was something we didn't have time for - in fact, it was not until three months after the sale of our home in Virginia that wew were first able to break away for a two-day house-hunting visit to the Space Coast. Hope was indeed the perfect agent for us. We expected that visit to be the first of a long sesries that would eventually turn up a house and a deal that suited us. Instead, by the morning of the second day, Hope had shown us four houses that met our requirements, including two that were ideal for us. We chose one, then went back to work in Virginia while Hope handled everything, including inspections and closing, in Melbourne Beach. All that was left for us to do was move in.
